Answer: Our inspection services include checking for common defects such as cracks, chipping, leakage, scratches, trips, hollows, and misalignment. We also counter-check against as-built drawings. Additionally, we use a thermal infrared scanner for detecting hidden leaks, perform basic electrical flow checks at the DB box, fuse sockets, and electrical points, and conduct water ponding tests in wet areas like bathrooms, laundry areas, and wet kitchens.
Answer: For landed properties, our inspectors personally climb to the roof and ceiling areas to conduct a thorough inspection. This includes a detailed check of the water tank. While drone inspections may seem appealing, we believe they lack the accuracy needed to detect minor defects. Therefore, we prioritize hands-on inspections to ensure the most precise results.
